Marion is the inaugural Chief Executive of the Committee for Perth, a think tank focused on Perth’s growth to 3.5 million people. During her career Marion has held roles in the commercial world in banking and finance and IT&T and leadership positions in the non-profit sector.
She has an MBA from Curtin Graduate School of Business and as an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at the University of Western Australia, she is recognised for her on the ground research having studied 33 cities across the developed world.
Aside from her day job, Marion holds a number of roles in government. She is the Chair of the Conservation & Parks Commission, an independent member of the WAPC’s Infrastructure Coordinating Committee, Water Corporation’s Water Sensitive Cities Expert Panel and a member of Infrastructure Australia’s Cities Expert Reference Group.
Marion is a mentor, coach and confidante to many in business and government.
